And hey, if something really crazy comes up, like your dog decides to eat your laptop or you suddenly find yourself on a spontaneous trip to the Bahamas, just shoot us a message. We're all human here, and we'll do our best to work something out.
Let's keep things smooth and stress-free!
If you find yourself needing to cancel, no worries, just let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We understand things can come up unexpectedly, but if it's within that timeframe, we do have a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service fee.
We want to be fair to both parties, so this helps us cover our bases.
Life happens, and we get it! If you need to reschedule an appointment or meeting, just give us a heads-up at least 48 hours beforehand. We're pretty flexible and can usually accommodate changes, but please keep in mind that availability might vary.
